从实测数据分析风冷干排渣系统对锅炉效率的影响 被引量:12

摘要 根据四个电厂风冷干排渣系统的实测数据分析,干排渣系统与水封式除渣装置比较,会使锅炉效率降低0.5个百分点以上,保守估计会使2×1000 MWe机组年经济损失达960万元。同时,干式排渣系统节水非常小,其节水只是一个概念,并没有太多的实用价值。分析表明,干式排渣系统是一种难以满足节能减排政策的设备,在工程中应用宜慎重。 Based on the analysis of the practically measured data of air-cooled dry-type slag removal system in four power plants,comparing with water-sealed slag removal installation,the dry-type slag removal system will reduce the boiler efficiency by 0.5%at least.According to a conservative estimate,the annual economical loss of 2×1000MWe units caused by the dry-type slag removal system can reach to 960×10~4 RMB.Meanwhile,the water saving effect of the dry-type slag removal is very small and has no much practical s...
