摘要 针对某电厂125 MWe汽轮机推力轴承瓦块温度升高导致超标影响机组带负荷的情况,从轴向推力增大、推力轴承安装、联轴器缺陷等方面进行了分析,并采取相应的对策,从而消除了缺陷,保证了机组安全运行。 Aiming at the overtemperature of the thrust bearing in 125MW condensing steam turbine of a power plant and the decreasing of load capacity of the unit.The reasons were analyzed from the respects of the increasing of the axial thrust,the installation of the thrust bearing,the defects of the coupling and others.The relevant countermeasures were adopted,the defects were eliminated,and the unit safe operation was ensured.
