屏式过热器脚手架搭设工艺改进

摘要 针对火力发电厂锅炉检修中脚手架搭设工艺的复杂性,对屏式过热器脚手架进行调查分析,用自制工具——悬挂插管式横梁取代了木制横梁,使脚手架尽量简化,缩短了检修工期,节省了工时,大大提高了工作效率。 Aiming at the complexity of the scaffolding erection process for boiler overhaul in thermal power plant,the scaffolding for plate super-heater was investigated and analyzed,the wooden beam was replaced by the self-made tool(suspend intubation type beam);the scaffolding had been simplifi ed;the overhaul time was shortened,and the work effi ciency was raised greatly.
