摘要
金湾发电有限公司4号超临界锅炉在2009年发生过2次由于末过氧化皮脱落堵塞而引起的过热爆管。为此,金湾公司从机理上分析了SA-213 T23材质氧化皮生成、脱落、聚积原因,指出由于该材料抗高温氧化性能低,造成其氧化皮脱落并堵塞管子而引起爆管,并从运行的角度实施了防止末过氧化皮脱落的技术措施。运行和定期检查表明,3、4号锅炉末过氧化皮产生、脱落和聚积得到了有效控制,取得明显效果。
