摘要 金湾发电有限公司4号超临界锅炉在2009年发生过2次由于末过氧化皮脱落堵塞而引起的过热爆管。为此,金湾公司从机理上分析了SA-213 T23材质氧化皮生成、脱落、聚积原因,指出由于该材料抗高温氧化性能低,造成其氧化皮脱落并堵塞管子而引起爆管,并从运行的角度实施了防止末过氧化皮脱落的技术措施。运行和定期检查表明,3、4号锅炉末过氧化皮产生、脱落和聚积得到了有效控制,取得明显效果。 The final super-heater tube-burst due to the blockage by the peel-off of the oxide skin occurred two times in supercritical boiler No.4 of Jinwan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.during 2009.The mechanism of the growing,the peel-off and the accumulation of the oxide skin for the steel material SA-213 T23 was analyzed.It was pointed out that the poor oxidation resistance of the material is the main reason for the oxide skin dropping,the pipe blockage and the crack.Some technical measures were adopted in operation to...
