摘要
在系统评价模型中,评价指标的选取及其权重的确定方法直接影响评价结果。在深入研究电力通信网理论及实际调研的基础上整理出指标体系,并综合运用模糊层次分析法和熵权法确定指标权重,最大程度的保证了权重确定的准确性,最后得到电力通信网可靠性综合指数;并以市供电公司数据为例构建相应的评价模型,给出了分析结果,验证了评价模型的实用性。
