摘要
天然气蒸汽转化制合成气生产工艺中的工艺冷凝夜,由于氨、二氧化碳和无机盐等的影响,使其电导率高达400~500μs/cm,而无法回收利用。生产中采用离子树脂除盐技术对工艺冷凝液进行处理,使其电导率不超过1μs/cm,达到了可回收利用的水质要求,并为企业带来了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
Due to presence of ammonia, CO_2 and inorganic salts, the conductivity of process condensate produced in the steam reforming of natural gas to syngas was as high as 400-500μs/cm, which makes it impossible to be reused. A technique of removing salts by ion exchange resin was adopted to treat the condensate, and it was able to make the conductivity not higher than 1μs/cm, which is acceptable for recovery and can bring remarkable economic and social benefit to the enterprise.
