Progress in Partial Oxidation of Methane to Syngas over Ni-Based Catalysts

摘要 综述了在Ni系催化剂上进行甲烷部分氧化制合成气的研究进展。从载体及助剂的选择、反应机理、催化剂失活及催化剂床层的温度分布等方面介绍了Ni系催化剂的研究开发现状。并对混合导体透氧膜在反应过程中的应用进行了讨论。 The progress in partial oxidation of methane to syngas over Ni-based catalysts is reviewed. The research on the effects of support and additives, the reaction mechanism, the deactivation of the catalysts and the thermal profile of the catalysts are summarized. The application of mixed conducting oxygen-permeation membranes in the partial oxidation of methane to syngas process is also introduced.
