摘要
研究高效液相色谱测定氯氟吡氧乙酸十二酯含量的方法。选用C18液相色谱柱,以乙腈为流动相,在UV210nm下对样品进行定量分析。测定的标准偏差为1.199,变异系数为0.33%,回收率在89.9%～97.7%之间,线性相关系数为0.9958。
To study on high performance liquid chromatograph for quantitative determination of fluroxypyr-dodecyl.Used C 18 column,moving phase was acetonitrile,the examination wave length was 210 nm.The standard derivation was 1.199, RSD was 0.33%,recovery was 89.9 to 97.7%,and liner correlation coefficient was 0.995 8.
