小学教师培养大学化的基本问题及其教学应对

The Basic Problems and Instruction system of the Universitisation of Primary Teachers' Training

本科小学教育专业的兴办,是我国小学教师培养大学化的开端。小学教师的大学培养必须充分利用大学的优势,体现大学化的内涵与特征。本科小学教育的专业定位问题与大学学科教育和教育学专业教育的关系问题,直接影响到本科小学教育专业的办学方向和办学质量,是小学教师培养大学化面临的基本问题。而构建以教育教学能力为目标取向的教学体系,是小学教师培养大学化的必然选择。构建这样的教学体系,应着重从四个方面着手:明确教育教学能力目标体系;构建专业办学的学科支撑体系;完善教学组织实施体系;拓展实践课程体系。
