摘要
采用HPLC法,以十八烷基键合硅胶柱(4.5mm×150mm)为固定相,乙睛-0.27%磷酸二氢钾(37:63,用氢氧化钾调pH5.0±0.1)为流动相,流速0.8mL.min-1,检测波长为225nm,进样量为10μL,测定复方氨苄西林胶囊中氨苄西林和氯唑西林钠的含量。结果氨苄西林和氯唑西林钠在100-700μgomL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率99.87和100.16%(n=9)。本法快速,方便,准确,适用于该复方制剂中两种成分的同时测定。
