摘要
通过调研发现,现行中小学主要从"德、能、勤、绩"四个方面对教师进行评价,不能体现教师工作的特殊性,更不能体现体育教师的工作性质。鉴于此,本文采用文献资料法、调查法、特尔斐法,结合中小学体育教师专业和学科特点,构建了体育教师评价指标体系,确立了体育教师评价指标体系的权重系数。
