摘要
针对目前化学实验楼通风系统中常采用的定风量系统设计不能保证通风柜风量的稳定,排风效果差,噪声大,不能最大限度地节能等问题,提出了根据系统所开启的通风柜的数量,采用变风量控制的方法,并将其运用于某化学实验楼通风控制系统设计工程中。结果表明,风机变风量控制在技术上可行,能有效节约能源。
Aiming at the problems that the constant volume system design used in chemical laboratory ventilation system could not guarantee the stability of air volume of fume hood,had bad air exhaust effect,produced noise,and could not furthest save energy,the way was proposed by adopting VAV according to the number of opened fume hood.It was applied in a chemical laboratory ventilation control system.The results showed that the VAV fan control was technically feasible and could effectively reduce energy consumption.
