摘要
采用可编程序控制器(PLC)设计了防水卷材厚度在线测控系统,以三菱FX2N型PLC为控制核心设计了防水卷材厚度在线测量装置、厚度自动调节装置,具有防水卷材厚度在线显示功能和超差报警功能,改善了生产操作条件,提高了生产效率和产品合格率,降低了原材料的消耗。
An online waterproofing membrane thickness measuring control system was designed using programmable logic controller(PLC) .The system using Mitsubishi FX2N PLC as a core element contains online thickness measuring device and auto thickness adjuster and has online thickness indication and alarm function.The system improves working condition,productivity and product percent of pass of the production line and reduces consumption of raw materials.
