摘要
介绍了大型火力发电机组吊装专用起重架构的设计思路,使用壳体单元建立了架构有限元模型,在分析吊装工况的基础上对其进行了强度和刚度分析,实现了架构的优化设计;对架构进行了模态分析,获得了架构的基本动力学特性.通过将理论计算结果与现场工程实际应用时的测量数据进行比对分析,验证了本模型的正确性,对同类型起重架构及门式起重机的分析设计具有一定的参考价值.
The conceptual design for a special-purpose craning structure is introduced to install the large-scale thermal generating set.In this regard,a finite element model is developed using shell element.Based on various working conditions,the craning strength and intensity are first analyzed to optimize the structural design.Then,the modal analysis is conducted to obtain the fundamental dynamical properties.By comparing the calculated results and on-site testing data,the model accuracy is finally verified.Therein...
