Problems and Countermeasures of Doctoral Education Programs in Foreign Language and Literature

我国外国语言文学学科博士研究生教育的现状表明,在培养过程中主要存在重形式上的规范要求,轻实质上的目标定位;重研究方向的学位课程,轻跨学科课程和跨方向的方法论课程;重导师队伍建设,轻导师个人学养考查等问题。解决这些问题应采取的对策是:重新定位外语高层次人才培养目标,创新适应于多元培养目标的课程体系以及建立质量监控的长效机制。

Examining the current situation of doctoral education in the field of foreign language and literature in China, the paper pinpoints these problems: emphasis on formal regulation but negligence of multi-goal specification; emphasis on curricula of oriented domains but absence of crossdisciplinary and crossdomain curricula; emphasis on construction of instructive teams but lack of check of supervisors’ professional qualities.
