可吸收螺钉内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察可吸收螺钉内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法18例小儿肱骨髁上骨折(伸直型16例,屈曲型2例;Gartland型Ⅱ15例,Ⅲ型3例),应用G randfix可吸收螺钉行内固定手术,观察术后伤口恢复、肘关节功能、骨折愈合、术后并发症及手术部位的炎症异物反应发生情况。结果本组18例均获随访,平均8(3~12)个月,伤口均一期愈合,无异物反应,无骨折不愈合及肘内、外翻畸形,无神经血管迟发性损伤。疗效评价:优15例,良2例,可1例。结论可吸收螺钉内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折疗效可靠,值得推广应用。 Objective To observe the curative effect of internal fixation of absorbable screws for treating supracondylar fracture of humerus in children.Methods 18 children of humeral supracondylar fracture(with 15 of Gartland type Ⅱ and 3 of type Ⅲ) were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with absorbable screws,including 16 cases of extension type and 2 cases of inflexion type.The surgical wound recovery,elbow joint function,fracture healing,postoperative complications and nonsterile inflammatory foreign...
