ASSESSING SECOND LANGUAGE COMPETENCE OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN DIALECT-DOMINATED ENVIRONMENT:PROBLEMS AND METHODOLOGICAL ISSUES

摘要 The present study attempts to contribute to the understanding of how preschool children with immigrant background in German Switzerland acquire standard German. It addresses mainly some methodological issues in language assessment. Results from a pilot study also show negative effects of the dialectal environment on the children s acquisition of a standard variety of L2. 本文旨在测试瑞士德语区方言为主的语言环境下学龄前移民儿童标准德语水平。通过对测试方法和数据分析方法的讨论,并结合实证研究中口语语料中的问题,分析学龄前儿童二语习得中的来自方言的负迁移影响。
