摘要
目的:为红花及其他药用植物的辐射诱变提供技术参考和理论基础。方法:应用60Co-γ分别对新红四号和云红三号种子进行照射,并通过对种子萌发率、出苗率、成苗率和幼苗的高度、根长、鲜重、根系活力以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性进行研究。结果与结论:明确了红花种子辐射的半致死剂量为300 Gy左右,了解了60Co-γ射线对红花生长及生理状况的影响。
Objective:To provide the radiation-induced technical reference and theoretical basis for safflower and other medicinal plants.Method: Seeds of Carthamus tinctorius were irradiated with 60Coγ-ray,and germination rate of seeds,germination,seedling rate and seedling height,root length,fresh weight,root activity and peroxide catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity were determined.Result and conclusion: The LD50 of radiation dose is about 300 Gy,effects of seeds irradiation with 60Co-γ-r...
