融斑通脉颗粒对鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化治疗作用的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察融斑通脉颗粒对鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化(AS)的治疗作用。方法:将鹌鹑分为正常对照组和高脂组,高脂喂养至12周后,正常组随机解剖3只,高脂组随机解剖8只,经病理学检查确定AS形成后,将高脂组分为模型对照组,舒降之0.004 g.kg-1剂量组,融斑通脉颗粒3,6,12 g.kg-1剂量组;换喂普通饲料,同时灌胃给药,于实验前、给药前、给药4周、给药8周、给药12周测定血液中血脂(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)水平,实验结束时,取主动脉、左右头臂动脉及心脏进行病理学检查,并测定肝脏组织脂质(TC,TG)含量、MDA含量及SOD活性。结果:融斑通脉颗粒明显加速AS模型鹌鹑血清TC,LDL-C,VLDL-C水平及TC/HDL-C趋于正常,对肝脏TG和MDA含量有明显降低作用,明显减少斑块面积和厚度。结论:融斑通脉颗粒具有降低血脂、减轻脂质过氧化的作用,同时在一定程度上抑制AS病变的发展,并促使其消退。 Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of Rongban Tongmai granules(RBTM) on the atherosclerosis(AS) in quails.Method: Quails were divided into normal control group and high-fat diet group.Twelve weeks after feeding,3 quails from normal control group and 8 quails from high-fat diet group were anatomized and confirmed by pathological examination that AS has formed,then the high-fat diet group was randomly divided into 5 subgroups: Model,shujiangzhi 0.004 g·kg-1 and RBTM(3,6,12 g·kg-1).High fat fodder wa...
