药材产地加工传统经验与现代科学认识

Traditional experiences and modern cognition on primary processing of traditional Chinese medicinal materials

产地加工是药材生产与品质形成的重要环节。长期的生产实践和经验积累形成了独具特色、内容丰富、较为系统的中药材产地加工方法和技术体系。经过产地加工,不仅起到去除其非药用部位以净制、终止其生理生活状态以利干燥等目的,同时通过适宜的加工方法,可促使药用部位中药效物质的最大保留、毒性成分的有效降低、化学成分间的相互转化等物理化学变化。因此,基于传统经验形成的药材产地加工方法赋予了中药材性状、规格、品质、药性等诸多内涵,蕴涵着丰富的科学道理。本研究基于药效物质基础的角度探讨药材产地加工方法的科学性与合理性,为药材加工生产的规范化、标准化提供借鉴和参考。
