摘要
[目的]统计分析省级肿瘤专科医院恶性肿瘤住院病例,为进一步开展医院为基础的肿瘤登记提供基础信息。[方法]对北京、重庆、广西、湖北、黑龙江、湖南、吉林、江苏、浙江和医科院肿瘤医院共10家省级肿瘤专科医院2004～2006年全部恶性肿瘤住院病例进行统计分析,并分析登记中存在的问题。[结果]10家肿瘤专科医院3年共收治恶性肿瘤病例225493例,其中男性112315例,女性113178例。各医院3年间收治病人逐年增加。肺癌、乳腺癌、结/直肠癌、胃癌、肝癌、食管癌、宫颈癌、卵巢癌、淋巴瘤和鼻咽癌是前10位常见的恶性肿瘤。[结论]恶性肿瘤住院病人逐年增加。医院肿瘤登记意义重大,质量有待加强。
[Purpose] To analyze inpatients with malignancies in provincial cancer hospitals to provide basis for hospital cancer registration.
