摘要
新形势下,传统的学生教育和管理模式已经不适应高职院校艺术设计专业学生特点。作为学生工作的主要载体,辅导员应根据高职院校艺术专业学生的特点,积极探索学生工作的新方法,实施有针对性的教育和管理,把大学生的思想政治工作做好。
Under new circumstances, traditional models of student education and management cannot meet the needs of today s students. As a major carrier of student education and management, professional college instructor should find new ways of education and management to settle new problems according to students present characteristics.
