摘要
农业是国民经济中最重要的、不可替代的基础产业,农业、农村、农民问题关系党和国家发展全局。我国农业改革发展所处的历史方位,决定了我们必须更加重视解决好"三农"问题。把解决好"三农"问题作为我党工作的重中之重,是实现全面建设小康社会奋斗目标新要求的需要。
Agriculture is an essential but irreplaceable basic industry. Issues regarding agriculture, farmer and rural area play an important role in the overall development of our country. Historical roles that agricultural reform and development plays needs proper settlement of those issues concerning agriculture, farmer and rural area. Top priority, therefore, should be given to the settlement of these issues which is an urgent need in complete fulfillment of building a well-off society.
