摘要
通识教育理念在国内外均有千年以上历史。与高等院校专业课的"成才"培养目标相匹配,通识教育课程的着眼点则是对学生的"成人"教育。教育部于上世纪90年代决定我国高校必须开设不低于十学分的通识教育选修课程,十余年来成绩斐然但问题也多,尤其是高职学院总体水平不高。领导重视、科学定位、规范管理、政策倾斜,是构建与完善公共选修课特别是其中的通识教育课程的重要环节。
