摘要
在介绍护理的本质、性质、范畴以及一些国家和地区护理人力架构的基础上,论述了宏观及机构或微观层面的护理人力规划的制定要点。重点介绍了香港医院管理局护理人力规划的参考指标和规划办法。
The keystone to constitute the nursing labor programming taking account of the macro-scopical aspect and the microscopical or institution aspect was addressed in this article, based on introducing the nature, character and category of nursing as well as the nursing labor structure in some other countries and areas. The author mainly introduced the reference guidelines and the programming methods adopted by Hospital Authority to program the nursing labor rescources.
