摘要
SARS疫情在部分地区的发生和流行是对护理管理体系的一次重要挑战,广大护理管理人员经受住了这场考验,护理管理发挥了不可替代的作用。疫情控制后,从科学应对突发性公共卫生事件的角度反思,护理管理存在以下问题:体制不顺,缺乏危机应对的准备;护理人力资源管理问题突出,人力短缺和相关知识技能不足的问题在危机发生时成为瓶颈;护理管理人员应对危机的能力有待加强。提出加强有关方面总结和研究,加快危机应对机制建立和护理管理人员的训练等建议。
It was an important challenge to the nursing management system that SARS occurred and prevailed in some districts. Nursing managers outlived it and the effect of nursing management could not be substituted. After the epidemic situation, turning over to think it form the viewpoint of scientifically facing unforeseeable public health events, the author found that some problems existed in nursing management. Those were: the system being not smooth; being short of preparation to dealing with the crisis; being prominently poor in the administration of nursing manpower, especially in shorting of nurses and being deficient in relative knowledge and techniques. The author put forward that the nursing managers ' ability to deal with the crisis should be strengthened and tabled a proposal that researches about these should be performed. Establishing the system to coping with the crisis and training the nursing managers should be quickened.
