<abstract>Viewing from the present situations of nursing speciality and its developing tendency, training nursing talents of high quality and reforming the educational model of nursing are the problems demanding prompt solution. According to our national conditions, it is necessary to raise the stratum of nursing education, strengthen the education of humane quality and moral quality, reform the teaching method, attach importance to the training of comprehensive ability, reform the curriculum, give prominence to the characteristics of the speciality, and strengthen the construction of the teaching contingent .
