献血员心理健康状况对生理应激反应的影响

The effect of the blod donors' psychological health condition to the reaction of the physical stress

目的:了解献血员心理健康状况对生理应激反应的影响,以便从人体血液生理多角度出发,做好心理疏导,达到献血的顺利进行。方法:对300名无偿献血员进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试,并与国内常模比较。并将SCL-90各因子分为自变量、生理应激反应各指标为应变量,进行多元线性回归分析。结果:献血员的总均分及各因子分均低于国内常模,α=0.10水平。结论:部分献血员对献血存在心理问题,为保证献血顺利进行,献血前应予心理疏导。

Objective : To understand the effect of the blood donors' psychological health condition to the reaction of the physiacl stress and inquire the effective psychological care.Method:300 blood donors were tested by SCL- 90,compare with domestic norm.Divide the factors of SCL - 90 into independent variable and the indexes of the physical stresses' reaction into dependent variable to do the multiple linear regression analysis. Result: Both the total average score of the blood donors and the factors' score are lower than domestic norm, a = 0.10.Conclusion:The blood donors have psychological problems in blood donating.In order to make the blood donating smoothly, phycho-logical care should be given before donating blood.
