早产儿智能与环境因素的偏相关分析

Partial correlation on intelligence of premature infant and their environment factors

目的:探讨影响早产儿智能发育的有关因素。方法:采用给瑟尔发育量表(Cesell),对来本院儿保门诊检查的175例0～3岁早产儿智能发育进行发育评价,并用偏相关分析的方法对与早产儿DQ(发育商)有关的因素进行分析。结果:环境因素对早产儿智能发育起着重要的作用。家庭结构、早期教育、父母受教育程度等对早产儿智能发育有着显著的影响。结论:应高度重视环境因素对早产儿智能发育的影响。为早产儿提供良好的生活环境、针对性的进行早期干预有助于早产儿克服潜在的严重问题,防止智能低下的发生。

Objective: To investigate environmental factors that affect intelligence of premature infant.Methods: 175 prematures infants (age from 1 month to 3 years) were followed - up by child care department in our hospital. Gesell' s measure of mental growth was used for assessing intelligence and partial correlation to analyze the relation between intelligence of premature infants and environment . Result: Environmental factors play important role in development of premature' s intelligence. The factors, such as family structure, earlier education and cultural background of their parents were contribate to affect intelligence of premature infants. Conclusion: We must pay move attention to the influence of environment on premature infants' intelligence. Offering better environment and earlier intervention to premature infant can help to prevent the potential serious problem in them.
