摘要
目的 了解磁性药物纳米粒在体内的靶向分布及其对肝癌的疗效研究。方法 将磁性药物纳米粒经肝动脉注入患有植入性肝癌的小鼠体内。结果 经过外部磁场的诱导 ,磁性药物纳米粒在肝脏肿瘤部位积聚 ,在正常肝组织和肺组织中显著减少 ,在肾脏、心脏、脾脏、小肠及胃中持续维持低水平。纳米粒能够选择性分布在肿瘤组织中。结论 利用磁性纳米粒以提高肝癌的治疗效果 。
Objective:To understand target distribution of magnetic nanaparticles and their effects on treatment of liver cancer.Methods:Magnetic albumin nanoparticles containing adriamycin were injected into hepatic artery of rats with transplanted liver cancer.Results: In guiding of external magnetic field on liver tumor, the magnetic nanoparticles accumulated in liver tumor, but reduced dramatically in normal liver tissue and lungs, and maintained a very low level in kidneys, heart, spleen, small intestines and stomach.On the other hand, the nanoparticles could distribute selectively in tumor.Conclusions: It is potential to using magnetic nanoparticles to promote the therapeutic efficiency of liver cancer and to alleviate the side effect of the drug on the important organs.
