摘要
目的探讨急性脊髓损伤(spinalcordinjury,SCI)的MRI表现及其与神经功能改变的相关性。方法对50例急性期SCI患者,于伤后72小时内行神经功能检查与GE1.5TSignaMR扫描。研究其MRI上显示的病灶范围、信号类型、脊髓受压、椎体骨折、椎管狭窄与神经功能改变情况的相关性。结果急性SCI的病灶范围、信号类型、脊髓受压及椎管狭窄与其神经功能改变有相关性(P<0.05);椎体骨折与神经功能改变无相关性(P>0.05)。结论MRI显示急性SCI的病灶范围、信号分型、脊髓受压、椎管狭窄与其神经功能改变有相关性;而椎体骨折与其神经功能改变的相关性不显著。
Objective To study the relationship between the changes offunctional ability of 50 patients with acute spinal cord iniury and the severityof damages with MRI. Methods 50 patients were examined with 1.5T signaMR and 72 hours after acute spinal cord injury and these changes of variousfunctional ability were recorded.The relationship of the area of the lesion,theclassification of MRI signals, the compression of the spinal cord, the fractureof the vertebral body and the narrowing of the vertebral tube with the changesof nerve functions was explored. Results The area of the lesion, theclassification of MRI signals, the spinal cord compression and the narrowingof the vertebral tube were important factors to result in changes of nervefunctions(P<0.05), but the fracture of vertebral body was a factor of littlesignificance(P>0.05). Conclusion The area of lesion,the classification of MRIsignals, the spinal cord compression and the narrowing of vertebral tube areimportant factors to result in the changes of nerve functions while the fractureof vertebral body is a factor of little significance.[
