略论新疆设计教育

Brief Comment on Design Education in Xinjiang

设计的本质是创新,当今世界高等设计教育的目标在于培养知识、技能全面,具有创新能力及组织协调,策划、管理能力的高层次设计人才。新疆的现代设计教育刚刚起步,要使其得到长足的发展,高校应从五方面加强设计教育。

The nature of design is creativity. Nowadays, the goal of design education is to cultivate higher-level design talents with comprehensive knowledge and skills, who have capabilities of creativity, organization, planning and management. Contemporary design education in Xinjiang is just the first step. To make great progress, the colleges and universities in Xinjiang need to enhance education from five aspects in the course of the design teaching and learning.
