Human's nature basis of manager's humanity thinking

本文从管理哲学的高度论述了管理者人本思维的人性基础。论述了人性的三个基本维度、人类生存的基本条件或需要、人性与人的活动领域的匹配三个大问题 。

This article discusses on the human's nature basis of manager's humanity thinking from the vision of management philosophy, human's three basic dimensions and human being's basic condition (need) from survial as well as the matching of human's nature and their exercise activities. The article also points out that humanity thinking in the process of management should be on the basis of human's most essential needs under the condition of market economy.
