On Significance of Marxism Theory of Need on Ideological and Political Education

思想政治教育着眼于人的发展 ,就要从人的心理需要出发来做人的工作。马克思主义需要理论是思想政治教育的重要依据。以马克思主义需要理论为指导 ,在思想政治教育实践中应坚持疏导、感化、递进、媒介四个原则 。

Ideological and political education is focused on human development, and should be carried out on human from the viewpoint of human psychological need. Marxism theory of human need is its important basis. In practice we should stick to the four principles of instruction, influence, improvement and medium under the guidance of Marxism theory of need to promote the improvement of efficiency of ideological and political education.
