摘要
中小学教学改革之所以难以成为教师的自觉行动 ,重要原因之一是教学改革在教师中存在着种种障碍。这些障碍可以归结为心理障碍、文化障碍、经济障碍等。如果不从根本上排除这些障碍 。
Because of many types of hindrance among teachers, the fundamental innovation has not become undertaken by teachers consciously. The hindrance can be attributed to psycological?cultural?economic and other difficulty. If these types of hindrance are not removed completely, it is impossible for us to deepen and spread the teaching innovation.
