An Investigation into the Present Conditions of Physical Education Teachers in Ningbo and the Countermeasures

宁波市区 4 5所中学体育师资队伍现状调查 ,结果显示 :当前中学体育教师的年龄、职称、性别、学历、科研、专业工作能力、继续教育等方面还存在着一些问题。有关部门应该引起重视 ,加大经费投入 ,科学管理 ,加强培训和引进工作 ,努力提高师资水平 ,营造良好的科研和教学氛围 。

An investigation into the present conditions of PE teachers in 45 middle schools in Ningbo urban district shows that there are many problems in the aspects of age, title,sex,record of schooling ,the ability in research and teaching ,continuous education etc. Administration department should pay attention to the problems and take countermeasures such as ,increasing the funds, managing work in order to improve teaching ability of the teachers and to form a research environment as well as to raise the record of schooling and theoretical level.
