摘要
从历史唯物主义的基本立场出发,考察和研究中国历史上的教师人格传统特征,指出教师价值取向的道德性、教师知识索取的人文性和教师成长的闭锁性是其主要特征,并由此构成了数千年的中国教师人格的演变发展。
From the perspective of historical materialism, the paper examines and explores traditional features of teachers' personality in the history of China, demonstrating those primary festures as the morality of teachers' value orientation, the humanity of teachers' knowledge and the closure of teachers' growth, thus constituting the development of Chinese teachers' personality for thousands of years.
