新时期以来,我国的按劳分配制度几经变换,在实践中也得到了有力的贯彻。实践来源于理论的指导,分配制度的变更及其实践,折射出我国分配理论发展的轨迹,在这一轨迹中,分别以邓小平和江泽民同志为核心的两代领导集体都作出了卓越的贡献。
