There are many factors affecting the flowing of rural labor forces. Among which the low educational level, the actual living environment, the age, the sexual distinction, the form of the flowing, the ideological concept and the family structure are the most important elements affecting the labor forces' flowing. Besides, one parent families, families with one or more children, families with the labor forces who have received junior middle school education, and families with several labor forces have played an important role in pushing forward the flowing of the rural labor forces.
