China's real national condition determines that the problems of agriculture, the rural areas and the peas ants are the fundamental problems concerning China's socialist modernization and its future development. Comrade Jiang Zemin has always been attaching great importance to these problems. His thoughts of solving these problems serve as the theoretical basis for our Party to make the policies dealing with these problems in the new era, and they are of guiding significance to the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
