Our Party has always been holding the basic viewpoint of Marxism that labor creates the world and man itself. Reform and the openingup to the outside world as well as the development of socialist market economy require us to adopt a new viewpoint on socialist labor in accordance with the time, and to make the labor policies on the basis of real practice. The 'Four Respects' is not only an important theoretical and policy creation but also a significant promotion of Marxist labor theory and laborvalue theory.
