On the Concrete Forms of Multi-sources of the Economic Income of the Owner of Private Economy

私营经济主是建设有中国特色社会主义的劳动者,是复合型人才,他们的收入是多元化的,是既有剥削收入,又有劳动收入,还有非劳动收入。确立私营经济主按劳动、资本、技术和管理等生产要素参与分配的原则,有利于充分发挥私营经济的积极作用,有利于加快社会生产力的发展,有利于国家决策部门制定科学的政策,切实保护私营经济主合法的劳动收入和合法的非劳动收入。

The owners of private economy are the laborers of building the socialism with Chinese characteristics. They are compound talents. They have multisourced incomes. They get their incomes by exploitation, by labor or by other means without labor. To make the principle for the owners of the private economy that they can have a hand in income distribution according to such elements as actual work, capital, technology and management will help to bring the initiative of the private economy into full play, to speed up the development of social productive forces, to help the policymaking organs to make reasonable policies and to protect the legal incomes of the owners of private economy with or without labor.
