Development is an eternal topic of human society. Marx established his theory on social development from the aspect of philosophy while the western scholars put forward various theories on development in the process of finding out the theoretical basis for the policymaking of their respective countries. The theory on the development of contemporary China originated from the practice of China's modernization and provided a new idea and possibility for the solution of the problem of 'MultiDevelopment Subject'that has long affected the study of development theory. It also provided people with a new mode to understand the relationship between social development and social system and makes a new generalization of the laws of social development.
