摘要
该研究以山西省 132 7名基层警察为研究对象 ,对警察 16PF人格测试结果进行了因素分析 ,并对所获取的警察人格的主要因素与国内有关研究资料及国外大五人格理论模型的关系和差别进行了探讨。还以中国优秀警察的获得作为绩效指标 ,将被试的原始分数代入因子载荷进行分数合成 ,其结果清晰地显示了具有良好人格因素水平的职业者 。
Basing the study on 1327 policemen in ShanXi Province,this paper analyzes the result of police“16pF”personality evaluation and probe into the relation and difference between the main factors of acquired police personalities and domestic related studying materials and the foreign Five Factor model of personality.In this paper,the acquired values of the Chinese excellent policemen are regarded as the indexes of achievement and efficiency and it puts original number on trial into composition.the result shows clearly that the policemen with good personality value have an excellent achievements.
