警察院校开设司法言语声学课的必要性

The Necessity of Opening Forensic Speech and Audio Course in Police Academy

作为法庭科学的新兴分支学科 ,司法言语声学经过半个多世纪的发展已日趋成熟 ,在诉讼活动中发挥着越来越大的作用。但在我国 ,作为该技术的主要受益者之一的警察却因缺少必有的培训而不能充分利用这一新兴利器。本文将结合我国当前利用该技术的现状来探讨在警察院校开设司法言语声学课程的必要性。

As a new embranchment of Forensic Science, Forensic Speech and Audio has been running to mature after more than half a century, and has been playing a more and more important role in the activity of proceeding. But, as one of the main beneficiaries of that technique ,the police of our country can't use the technique well today because of lacking of the necessary training. In the paper, the necessity that the course of Forensic Speech and Audio should be opened depending on the condition about the use of the technique is discussed.
