公安出入境管理工作是我国重要的涉外行政管理工作 ,加入WTO对公安出入境管理工作的影响 ,主要来自WTO国际规则的自身影响 ,来自WTO规则本身的约束 ,即WTO通用原则的制约。这些原则主要有 :公平贸易原则、透明度原则、国民待遇原则、知识产权保护原则以及司法审查原则。

The management of entrance and exit to country is important foreign administrative work in China.The main effects on management of entrance and exit to country after the entry into WTO are the influence from international principles of WTO and the control from WTO principles.They are restriction of universal principles of WTO.These principles are:principle of fair business,principle of open politics,principle of treatment to citizen,principle of protection for intellectual property and principle of judicial investigation.Everything in entrance and exit managing work that is not corresponding to all above principles must be revised accordingly.
