摘要 目前,工科数学教学的现状不尽如人意:经典的数学理论与现代数学方法相脱节,加之课程体系中少有涉及现代数学方法使学生对经典、古老的数学理论敬而远之。除应付考试,课余很少将时间花在数学学习上。为此,有必要对数学教学中的教学内容、教学方法、数学建模等方面进行改革和探索,在我校广泛开设数学建模课程和数学选修课,以有效地激发学生学习的兴趣,充分调动学生对数学的求知欲望,从而提高其数学素质和综合素质。 Mathematics plays an important role is the study of science. Yet the present effect of teaching science students maths is not satisfactory because of the instructional separation of classical maths theory for modern maths approaches as well as the lack of sufficient interest in classical maths theory on the part of students. Moreover students today are pushed so much in the direction of specialization and examinations that little time is left for their further development of maths learning skills. Therefore there is a urgent need to reform the teaching contents, the teaching methods, the instruction models and the like so that students can be better motivated in maths learning, which will surely bring about the improvement of maths teaching quality and students' maths abilities.
