摘要
儒家文化是中国传统文化的核心,儒家德治思想的精华在于"仁"、"惠"、"信"、"义"。儒家德治思想吸取时代的营养,具有了新的内涵,如自由、公正等,其在高等学校管理中的运用是提高高等学校管理水平的重要途径。但儒家德治思想的实现必须有完备的制度作为保障。
Confucian culture is the core of Chinese traditional culture and its quintessence focuses on the virtues of 'beneficence','benefit' ,' honesty 'and 'righteousness'.It has been developed with time, it has enlarged its connotation with western 'freedom'and 'justice'. Therefore, the article proposes that Confucian virtues plays important role in university management and calls for proper system to ensure the successful realization of Confucian virtues in university management.
