师范院校与工科院校合并成为综合性大学以后,应该走文理兼容、理工结合的道路,采用学分制来进行专业管理和学生管理。这样,既有利于学科的发展,也有利于学生的成长,不应该把师范专业集中起来建立单独的二级学院,走传统的师范教育的老路。

A comprehensive university, formed by the merger of a normal college and an engineering college, should make liberal arts and science compatible and combine science and engineering and should adopt the credit system to exercise the management of majors and the governance of students. It will be conducive not only to the development of disciplines but also to the growth of students. Such a university should not take the old road of teacher education to found an independent secondary college by gathering up the majors concerning teacher education.
