创新人才是具有创新精神的创造型人才,培养创新人才是社会发展的需要,创新人才的培养要靠教育创新来实现,创新人才的培养需要有一支高素质的创造型师资来指导。创新人才的培养需要转变单纯传授知识的教育思想,树立既传授知识又加强创新精神和创新能力培养的新教育观念,同时,创新人才的培养需要建立新的运行机制,即:打破单一的教学模式,构建创新人才培养模式的多样化;更新教学内容,构建知识结构的多元化;改革教学方法,实现教学手段的现代化;破除旧的框框,创建一个宽松并利于个性发展的学习氛围。

It is vital to produce innovative talents, creative people with an innovative spirit, to meet the needs of social development. The training of such talents can only be conducted by means of educational innovation and with the guidance of a high quality and creative faculty. And it demands a change in the traditional conception of education, which focuses on impartation of knowledge instead of cultivation of an innovative spirit and improvement of creativity. Meanwhile, it demands the establishment of a new operating mechanism, which will eliminate the one method teaching mode and diversify the ways of fostering innovative talents, reform teaching methods and modernize teaching means, and break through the conventions to create a cheerful academic atmosphere favorable to personality development.
